The Sanval Payments plugin code is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. Your paid subscription is a commercial licence that entitles you, while active, to: plugin updates, priority support, installments, all bank presets, and setup help for your bank integration. It does not restrict the freedoms granted by the GPL for the code itself.
Each licence covers the number of sites stated at checkout. Installments and other premium features activate while your licence is valid. Core card payment processing continues to work even if your licence lapses — a lapsed licence stops updates, support and premium features, but will not disable an active checkout.
Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Freemius account; cancellation stops future renewals.
You are responsible for your own bank credentials, PCI obligations and the lawful operation of your store. The plugin exchanges signed requests with your bank; cardholder authentication happens on the bank's own systems.
The plugin is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from bank downtime, misconfiguration, or third-party plugins. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
