The Sanval Payments plugin code is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. Your paid subscription is a commercial licence that entitles you, while active, to: plugin updates, priority support, installments, pre-authorization, capture and void controls, bank-status reconciliation, transaction reports, operational alerts, payment-integrity safeguards, supported bank presets, and setup help for your bank integration. It does not restrict the freedoms granted by the GPL for the code itself.
Each licence covers the number of sites stated at checkout. Premium workflows remain available during the displayed grace period after a subscription becomes inactive. Core hosted single-payment processing continues after expiry. New Premium workflows, updates and support are disabled, while existing pre-authorized orders remain eligible for Capture or Void so already-reserved funds are not stranded.
Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Freemius account; cancellation stops future renewals.
You are responsible for your own bank credentials, PCI obligations and the lawful operation of your store. The plugin exchanges signed requests with your bank; cardholder authentication happens on the bank's own systems.
The plugin is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from bank downtime, misconfiguration, or third-party plugins. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
