Most "it doesn't work" cases are a bank configuration detail we can fix in minutes via the diagnostic export. Before requesting a refund, email [email protected] — setup help for your bank is included in your licence.
Email [email protected] with your order/licence details, or use your Freemius account. Refunds are issued by Freemius to the original payment method.
Beyond 14 days, subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals, but past payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
