Who we are

Sanval Payments ("we", "us") operates sanval.dev and develops the Sanval Payments WooCommerce plugin. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact & support data — when you email us or send a diagnostic export, we receive your message, email address, and the technical details you include. Diagnostic exports contain bank request/response fields for troubleshooting; they do not contain cardholder data or your secret store key.
• Site analytics — basic, aggregated usage data to improve the site.

Purchases

Payments for licences are processed by Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record. Freemius collects the billing data needed to complete your purchase and handles invoicing and EU VAT under its own privacy policy. We receive licence and order metadata, not your full payment details.

Plugin telemetry

The plugin uses the Freemius SDK. Diagnostic/usage data is only shared if you opt in during activation; you can decline and still use the plugin.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within applicable timeframes.

Retention

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations.
